Narrator: Humanity, you are an ignorant race
Plot
The relative coexistence of the human, demon, and animal worlds is about to be disrupted by The Overfiend, an extremely powerful demon who will be reborn 3,000 years later to change the world to his liking. It was the first animated feature film to receive an NC-17 rating from the MPAA. The girls tormenting Niki apparently hid in the school gym as well as the school grounds. All seven girls are gruesomely and inhumanly injured in the same room (one of them turns into a skeleton), but the school is still open the next day and the students make no mention of the incident. How foolish to think that your nature rules the Earth.
His name is Chojin!
Know now that you are not alone, there are unseen worlds that exist parallel to yours. These are the worlds of the Makai, a race of demons. And the Jujinks, the ones who are half-human and half-beast. There is an ancient legend, a prophecy that predicts the appearance of a super being every three thousand years. God above all gods, the Overfiend!
Your time has come!
Chojin will appear through a human body and connect the three worlds with his great power. He will create a new world, a world of peace and harmony. The names of the voice actors in the credits of the English version are fake, and many of the pseudonyms have sexual connotations. Bill Timoney stated that this was because the actors were disgusted with the film. Also available in the original 3-episode Japanese version, which is much sexier than the US theatrical version NC-17.
For example, senseless rape scenes
Edited from Chôjin densitytsu 1: Chôjin tanjô hen (1987). It is rightfully considered the greatest of all hentai movies. Even anti-hentai anime fans hailed it as revolutionary. However, some elements of Urotsukidoji had to be completely discarded. And that weird scene at the end is poorly done.
Very well done
But for all its extremes, this one has the kind of mind-bending action, plot, and animation that could put it up there with Akira. However, behind the sex and violence, director Hideki Takayama and writer Toshio Maeda were able to clearly see the sexual angst of teenagers that was misconstrued as violent pornography. Let’s face it, we’ve all been like Nagumo at some point, madly in love with Akemi but never having the chance to catch her. It’s smart, observant, with touches of humor and bursts of outrage. In short, it’s anime fantasy at its most humanistic level.
